| The Museum offers its
entire facility for rental, providing 16 round tables , 10- 8 ft banquet tables,
and 350 folding chairs for dinner seating. Cocktail party-style
arrangements will accommodate 250 guests. Step up to the old-time
saloon area for a more intimate gathering of 20- 30 people. For
large parties, the room can be expanded by opening the barn doors and
utilizing the outside lot. The room
measures 160 feet long and 40 feet wide (6400 Sq Ft) with a 22 foot high ceiling.
Except for the permanent displays, all carriages can be relocated to
accommodate your party.
New fixtures and electrical upgrades allow
for discretion in lighting, giving you the choice to create a variety of
moods.
The premises has no cooking or
refrigeration facilities, except for bar cooler.
The front yard can be set up for reception.
Front salon available for docent tours only
No music after 10:30 pm.

Tables can be arranged in a
variety of configurations to comfortably accommodate groups large and
small. Tables, chairs and heaters are available at no extra cost.
Docent tours available upon request. Afternoon and evening rentals,
with a minimum of 3 hours and maximum of 6 hours, not including set-up and
break-down.

signed contract with full payment for facility rental fee and certificate
